APPLICATION PROCESS SUMMARY
Step 1: Complete an Application Form with all your other supporting documentation. Applications can be mailed or dropped off at the drop box (by the postal boxes by the Range Lake exit).
Please ensure that all appropriate and relevant documentation is submitted with your application. Incomplete applications will NOT be processed.
NOTE: We no longer require an orientation session, nor is there an application fee.
NOTE: All Home Businesses of any type within the Co-op must first be approved by the Board. Any home business starting up or operating without Board approval may result in the member being evicted from the Co-op.
To be accepted for membership, a member of the Membership Committee will interview the applicant(s) to determine their suitability, including their commitment to contributing to the Co-operative.
If you are accepted for membership, you must provide a certified cheque or money order for $3000 + the first month’s housing charge. Post-dated cheques for the remainder of the year.
